Ever since I can remember, I have been a spiritual seeker. I was also always very sensitive, intuitive, and empathetic. As a child, I felt deeply connected to the spiritual world. However, some of the precognitive insights I experienced as a teenager were overwhelming and caused me to suppress my intuitive gifts. In 2001, following a dark night of the Soul, I experienced my first spiritual awakening, but my spiritual journey really took a leap in 2003, after my initiation to Reiki. At that time, I was working in the International arena in Europe and my life was pretty hectic and stressful. Reiki not only helped me manage my stress but also became a powerful self-healing tool. When I became a reiki Master in 2008 however, I turned out to be so energetically open and porous, that anytime I would step out of my home, I would feel completely overwhelmed, feeling the energies of everyone around me. Being a frequent traveler back then I would dread the energies of airports and train stations.
My urge to heal myself intuitively guided me to look for a modality that would help me manage my sensitivity and heal at the deepest level. I had no idea then if such a modality existed or not. The Universe immediately responded to my quest. Out of the blue I came across the amazing work of Venessa Ralston, the founder of Soul Genesis. This was no doubt a turning point in my life. The distance Soul clearing works I ended up doing on a regular basis with Venessa, and later with Katharine Baldwinn, were very transformative for me, propelling me on an amazing spiritual journey. As my Soul was awakened so was my interest in learning more and I became a passionate student of this modality as well as of many other healing modalities. More importantly I learnt to embrace, fine-tune, and trust my intuition instead of fearing it!
At that time, I was still working at my regular job, and personal/spiritual development was more of a hobby for me - my favorite hobby actually! Although I had a successful career, I felt deep down that something was missing in my life - my job in the corporate world was not nourishing me at soul level!
In December 2012, I took a leap of faith and quit my job to follow my calling, devoting myself to find a more meaningful way to be of service. For the next few years, I endeavored to find an activity that would nourish my soul. So, in parallel to my studies in energy and emotional healing modalities, I decided to build on my graduate trainings in the field of nutrition and Food science and explore the latest science on how nutrition can heal the body at a deeper level. I therefore pursued extensive trainings in nutrition, nutritional therapy and metabolism and became a certified Nutritionist and Metabolic Balance coach.
What started with food has become a more holistic practice — Today, I support and guide my clients from all over world through their transitions to finding mental, emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing.

Beyond my gifts, interests and training in spiritual/energy healing modalities, I am also a Certified Nutritionist, I hold a Diploma of Human Nutrition Adviser from the CERDEN® European College of Nutrition and Nutritherapy® and am a certified coach for the Metabolic Balance® Health and Weight Management Program. My academic background includes a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees. As part of my graduate training, I specialized in nutrition and food sciences. Metabolic related conditions have always been part of my interests.
As a committed and qualified practitioner, I undertake Continual Professional Development and postgraduate training on a regular basis to deepen my knowledge and keep abreast of the latest developments in the field of Nutrition science. The following are some areas in which I have keen interests: overweight and obesity; metabolic issues; immunity; stress and anxiety, women’s hormonal issues, gut health (flora); and Chronic health conditions (Diabetes, Hypertension, etc).
