1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing NourishYou (the "Website") and utilizing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

NourishYou offers energy healing, spiritual guidance, and nutritional counseling services intended to support wellness. These services are voluntary and should not be considered substitutes for medical, psychological, or dietary advice provided by licensed professionals.

3. Donations and Payments

Certain services, including community events, are available by donation, with a suggested minimum. Payment must be completed prior to the service or event, as agreed upon when booking.

4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Refunds for Sessions

Refunds for sessions are available under limited circumstances. The earlier you inform us of a cancellation, the more likely we can process a refund. However, please note that refunds for clearing works cannot be guaranteed after a purchase is made, as preparatory work for your session—such as Akashic Records research—may begin at any time.

Once work has commenced, the time and effort invested in your reading mean that a refund is no longer possible. If a refund is approved in cases where preparatory work has not started, a US$10 administrative fee will be deducted from all session refunds to cover processing costs, including exchange rate differences and administration.
We appreciate your understanding of this policy, which allows us to maintain fairness and accountability in the services we provide.

4.2 Rescheduling Appointments

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule your session due to exceptional or unavoidable situations, please notify us as soon as possible and ideally at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative.

4.3 Missed Appointments

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, we will wait up to 20 minutes before concluding the session as a no-show. Missed appointments are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
We appreciate your understanding of these policies, which help us manage time and resources effectively while ensuring fairness to all clients.

4.4 Refund for Digital products

Given the nature of digital products, all sales of digital goods are final, and we are unable to offer refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on NourishYou, including articles, images, media, and written content, is owned by NourishYou and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is prohibited without prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:
• Use the Website in a way that may damage its functionality or security.
• Attempt to access data without proper authorization.
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

NourishYou provides its website and services "as-is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site or its error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NourishYou shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website, services, or any reliance on the information provided.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mauritius, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
